The case of Invalidity of The Presidential Election

I'm a applicant for judicial officers. Now I am interested in a law suit. But the press doesn't report this case. So I want to share this case. The name of the case is the invalidity of the presidential election. A plaintiff is a citizen association. It's called as the citizen assembly for seeking sovereignty. I'll tell you the evidences of unlawful election which they try to prove.
Firstly, it's political maneuvering[공작정치] of Kim Dae-Jung's Power. In detail, at first, the military gate was issued by Kim Dae-Up. He asserted that candidate Lee Hoi-Chang's son had been exempted from military service by the bribe of money. But, there was never exact or decisive evidences. And after the election, he was arrtested and prosecuted by the procuratorial authorities[검찰]. Now his case is on trial. Next political maneuvering was Ki-Yang gate issued by the vice president of Ki-Yang construction company, Kim Sun-Yong. He spread a rumor of political funds offer to candidate Lee Hoi-Chang by himself. But recently, it was proved to be a lie by procurators. These two gates was born by political maneuvering.
Secondly, Nosamo, the committee of loving Roh Mu-Hyun, had done many illegal campaigns. They distributed 'Hope pig savings box'[희망돼지저금통] to many common voters. Nosamo which didn't have the legal authority to raise political funds did really raise funds on the target of common people in the streets and transmit that funds to candidate Roh Mu-Hyun at that time. This campaigns and raisings were the apparent violation of the law of election and the law of political funds. And, the election law clarifies that each supporters cannot wear same color of hats or clothes for the campaign. But Nosamo used yellow shirts, mufflers and balloons. It's illegal campaign. Concerning Nosamo, in May 22nd, previous member of Nosamo accused the nation participation campaign head quarters concerned[국민참여운동본부 관계자] of Minju party at the time of the presidential election campaign as illegal distributions of election funds.
Third evidence is joint aids between candidate Roh Mu-Hyun and candidate Jung Mong-Jun known for world cup. They violated the election law. Because each of them tried to win the election or they tried to win the election between them, or they tried to defeat candidate Lee Hoi-Chang. For a sole candidate between two candidates Mr.Roh and Mr.Jung, only two candidates discussed on TV, did polls. These were illegal. Lost in last poll, candidate Jung Mong-Jun was the representative of the Nation Unity 21[국민통합 21] and the chairman of joint countermeasure committee of Minju party[민주당 공동선대위] at the same time. It's against the law of political party. And when Jung Mong-Jun broke off the joint, at 5 on the election day morning, candidate Roh Mu-Hyun had a press interview. He uttered that Mr.Jung must keep his words of joint aid with Minju party. And this speech was for his win in the presidential election. It's illegal. Prosecutors yesterday said they will indict actors Moon Sung-geun and Myung Kye-nam, along with about 50 other members of a supporters’group for President Roh Mu-hyun, on charges of using illegal methods to finance Roh’s presidential election campaign last December.
Final problems were the use of electronic ballot counting machine[전자개표기] and the use of the system to add the ballots up[전자집계시스템]. In the election law, ballots must be certified with the naked eyes and added all of them up with hands. So it's illegal. In addition, the system and program sources were not verified by another impartial institutions. This problem was held by the representative of the workers of National Election Commision. But he was transferred to other district office.
I have told you three big evidences for unlawfulness in the presidential election. And in May 30, the 3rd trial will be held at the supreme court. Please, be interested in the case of invalidity of Presidential election.
