Report Sep 24 Korea Event For the Human Rights of North Koreans Suffering From Norht Korea Dictatorship and China Persecution

Here in South Korea, American & Korean Friendship National Coucil, Korea Fathers Federation and Peoples Finding Out Underground Tunnel did protest China's violation of the Covention and Protocol relating the Refugees let defectors return North Korea against their will resulting in putting them in prison or execution in North Korea.

We also urge China protect them as the status of refugees with abovementioned the Convention and Protocol. 

Our demonstration was held in front of the Chinese Embassy in Seoul. American reporter and Switzerland  reporter telerecorded the protest event, 

We let the citizens and reporters know our protest event at noon. 

However we begin the protest from 1 PM to 2 PM

Police buses crowded, so we are unable to protest in front of the Chinese Embassy 

That's why we protest on the street accross the Chinese Embassy. 

President of Korea Fathers Federation Suh Kang Suk presided the event. 

President of Finding Out Underground Tunnel From North Korea a pastor Kim Jin Chul read Suzan Scholte's email letter not only appealing all the human rights activists everywhere in the world to protest China's persecution to defectors not only urging China stop let defectors return North Korea without their consent and protect them as the status of refugees prvided in international law but also asking deliver protest letter to Chines Embassy everywhere in the world.

President of Preparing American & Korean Friendship National Council Suh Suk Koo read protest letter as follow. 

President of Saving Poor Hong Jung Sik shouted prepared slogan with participants "Stop China let defectors return North Korea against their wil! l", "Urge China Protect Defectors as the status of Refugees provided in the Convention amd Protocol relating to the Refugees !", "Pass North Korean Human Rights Law in the National Assembly !" and things like that.      

In the end, we  delivered the letter to Chinese Embassy with human rights activists Suh Kang Suk, Kim Jin Chul, Hong Jung Sik and Mang Chun Soo.  Chines Embassy rejected to receive the letter, so we put the letter in the mail box of the Chinese Embassy. 

Here in Korea Sep 24 defectors civil group got seminar in press center. 

However, we firmly believe that the protest in front of the Chinese Embassy and delivering protest letter to Chian Embassy is sure more effective measure to persuade and to urge China observe the Convention and Protocol relating to the Refugees as you recommended 

We visited Yunhap Communication and Newsis and asking report of our protest to China for the human rights of North Koreans and defectors. 

When you get report of foreign reporters we let the people know the truth encouraging human rights activists to fight for the human rights of North Koreans

We will do our best to fight for the human rights of North Koreans suffering the cruel dictatorship. 

We deeply apprecialt  Suzan Scholte's contribution for the improvement of North Koreans. 

We Koreans deeply respect her and NKRC and Defense Forum with all our hearts. 

We will pray her for her health and your blessing. 

God bless NKRC and Defense Forum she is supporting and her and human rights activists for North Koreans every where in the world and the United States and Republic of Korea!

인류평화를 위한 귀하의 공헌에 감사를 드립니다.

We firmly believe global peace cannot be achieved without human rights. 

세계평화가 인권이 없이 실현될 수 없다는 것을 굳게 믿습니다.

North Koreans are our brethren. 북한은 우리들의 동포입니다. 

We want they are happy and enjoy pleasant life

우리는 북한동포들이 행복하고 즐거운 생활을 누리기를 바랍니다.

Yet they have been suffering from cruel dictatorship in North Korea

하지만 그들은 북한에서 잔혹한 독재로 신음하고 있습니다.

That's why many of North Koreans escape to China from North Korea.

That's why peace cannot be achieved to North Koreans.

바로 그 때문에 많은 북한주민들이 북한에서 중국으로 탈북을 합니다.

바로 그 때문에 평화는 북한동포에게 실현될 수 없습니다. 

More than 3 millions of North Koreans have been starved to death.

3백만명이 이상으로 북한동포가 굶어 죽었습니다. 

While dictator Kim Jongil has spent tremendous amount of dollars for his selfish pleasure, he let his people die like flies.  독재자 김정일이 엄청난 달라를 낭비하는 동안 그는 백성을 파리처럼 죽게 만들고 있습니다.

That's why United Nations Human Rights Committee made resolution to denounce North Korea dictatorship. 바로 그 때문에 유엔인권위원회가 북한독재를 규탄하는 결의를 했습니다.

That's why we are worried about North Koreas' human rights.

바로 그 때문에 우리는 북한의 인권을 우려하고 있습니다. 

Numerous North Koreans have escaped to China from North Korea for their survival. 수많은 북한동포가 생존을 위해 중국으로 탈북합니다.

It is a shame that China's secret agreement with North Korea against their will return North Korea resulting in putting them in prison or execution. 중국이 그들의 의사에 반하여 탈북자들을 강제북송한 결과 투옥되거나 처형되어왔습니다. 

That kind of brutal agreement violates United Nation Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees. 그와 같은 야만적인 협정은 유엔헌장, 세계인권선언, 난민의 지위에 관한 협정과 의정서에 위반됩니다. 

History shows God's patience ends when any countries persecute their people created in the image of God. 역사는 하나님(하느님)의 형상대로 창조된 백성을 탄압하는 어떤 나라들도 하나님의 인내심이 끝난 것을 보여줍니다.

We urge China stop brutality against refugees from North Korea and China protect human rights of defectors as refugees regulated in international law. 중국이 북한을 탈북해 중국으로 피해간 난민들에 대한 무자비한 탄압을 중단하고 탈북자를 국제법에 규정된 난민으로 보호할 것을 촉구합니다.   

We will keep on protesting China until China break down secret agreement with North Korea let defectors return North Korea without their consent and protect them as status of refugees provided in Convention and Protocol relating to the Status of Refugees. 우리는 중국이 북한과의 비밀협정으로 탈북자들을 강제로 북송하는 것을 파기할 때까지 그리고 그들을 난민의 지위에 관한 협약과 의정서에 따라 난민으로 보호할 때까지 중국에 대한 항의를 계속할 것입니다.

We are sure that China will be loved by God and the people worldwide when China observes international law for the human rights of refugees. 우리는 중국이 난민의 권리에 관한 국제법을 준주할 때 하나님과 인류들로부터 사랑을 받을 것이라고 확신합니다. 

We hope China choose the way God and the people everywhere  really want. 우리는 중국이 하나님과 모든 인류가 진정으로 바라는 길을 선택하기를 희망합니다.

We will pray the prosperity of China and the repentance of China let defectors return North Korea against their will and be persecuted in your country resulting in threatening their human rights.

우리는 중국의 번영과 또한 탈북자를 강제로 북송하고 탄압해 그들의 인권을 위협하는 것을 회개하도록 기도할 것입니다. 

We appeal China does not choose the way God's patience ends and choose the way to respect the human rights of defectors as refugees in international law God really wants. 우리는 중국이 하나님의 인내심이 끝나는 길을 선택하지 않고 하나님이 진정으로 원하는 바에 따라 국제법이 보장한 난민의 권리를 존중하는 길을 선택하기를 호소합니다. 

God is sure to bless you and your country when you stop brutality against refugees and when you stop supporting dictators everywhere in the world. 하나님은 중국이 난민학대를 중단하고 중국이 전세계 독재자들에 대한 지원을 중단할 때 귀하와 귀하의 나라를 축복할 것이라 확신합니다.

When you really want God's blessing, international communities are willing to help you and your country. 귀하가 진정으로 하나님의 축복을 바란다면 국제공동체들은 기꺼이 귀하와 귀하의 나라를 도와줄 것입니다. 

Sincerely praying for God's blessing in China by your observing international law concerning the rights of refugees. 중국이 난민의 권리에 관한 국제법을 준수하여 하나님의 축복을 받기를 진실로 기도하면서.
