주 소 경기 고양시 일산구 일산2동 중산마을1단지아파트

제 목 여권 담당하시는 젊은 남자,여자분...딸아이 부탁으로 일산에 사는 제가 서초구청까지 택시를 타고 헐레벌떡 달려갔습니다


여권 관련 문제였죠.

들어가자 마자 보이는 여권** 라는 창구로 방법을 물어보려고 했습니다.

근데 우리 딸아이보다 더 어려보이는 안경쓴 남자,여자분이 제가 뭐라고 말을거는데도 눈을 쳐다도 보지 않고 아주 아주 귀찮다는 듯이 작성서류를 휙 던지면서 써오라는 겁니다.(앉아 있는 모습도...참...건방지게 앉아있더군요)

그때만해도 워낙 정신이 없던터라, 어디서 가서 써야하느냐...물었더니 턱으로(이때도 얼굴도 들지않고) 가르키면서 저기서 쓰라고 하더군요... 그리고 작성해서 가져왔더니 이번에는 다 채우지 않았다며 짜증을 내는것입니다( 제가 쓰는것인지 아닌지가 확실히 몰라서 빈칸으로 가져왔으면 조곤조곤 설명해줄수도 있는것 아닙니까?)

어떻게 그 나란히 앉아 있는 남,녀가 똑같이 불친절하고 사람 기분을 확 상하게 하는지...나이가 어려보이던데, 아르바이트생인가요? 아님, 9급공무원인가요??

아뭏든, 제가 서초구에 사는건 아니지만... 여권일땜에 그곳을 찾는분들은 아마 하루종일 기분나쁜 맘이었을 것입니다. 제 뒤의 중년의 신사분도 그런듯했으니까요

요즘 공무원도 서비스 마인드를 배운다고 하던데... 그분들은 한참을 배워야할것 같네요
