한두달전에 이락의 한 모스크 (회교사원)에 걸린 깃발의 줄을 한미군의 헤리콥터가 날개 (rotor)로 끊을려고 시도하는 것을 보고 격분한 이락 회교군중하고, 군중들이 모이기때문 어떤 집단 반미행동을 우려해서 출동한 미군과의 충돌에서 최소 한명의 이락사람이 미군이 쏜총에 목숨을 잃은 불상사가 있었다. 미군측은 처음엔 헤리콥터가 그런것을 시도할려고 한것이 아니라고 발뺌을 하다 기록된 비데오 사진이 너무나 분명하기때문 조사해서 한 주일후에 진상을 발표하겠다고 일단 얼버무렸고 두달이 넘은 지금까지 아무해명이 없이 그저 이사건이 망각되기를 바라고 있는것같다. 이러한 바람은 미군의 소망사항일뿐이고, 회교도들이 이를 망각하지는 않는다.

헤리콥터 조종사녀석이 예수쟁이 광신자라는것은 뻔한 사실일것이다. 이녀석은 지 행위가 지가믿는 하느님이나 저거들한테 死後追贈된 天王主任 예수의 이름을(?) 거룩하게 하는것쯤으로 알지만, 지행위가 직접으로 예수를 진실이 하게 믿거나 그저믿는 예수신자 최소 수백명 목슴을 잃게하고 미국 납세자한테 최소 수, 수십, 수백 billion 달러부담을 주는데 이러한 희생과 부담이 그나마 어떤 功 (merit)를 만들지 않고 그저 낭비 (waste) 된다는 사실을 전혀 념두에 두지않고 있다. 보통 이런 자들은 지혼자 지생각으로 지만 위해 하느님을 거룩하게 하면 되는걸로 알고, 다른 예수신자 들이 지때문에 억울하게 개주검 해야된다는 것은 지가 상관할일이 아니라고 생각한다. 물론 회교도들이 죽는것은 바람직한 일이라 생각한다.

위의 헤리콥터 조종사가 한일과 유사한 행위를 불교에 부당하게 피해를 주었고 국민화합을 깨트린 김태복장군 재판의 개판 판결에서 볼수있다.

사건의 개요는 다음과 같다

1. 사건의 시작

김태복장군 (당시 계급 소장)이 여단장으로 지휘하고 있는 군소유 땅에 모모인이 돈벌이 하기위한 위락시설의 건설허가를 받었다. 허가는 김태복장군 (이하 김장)의 최종 결재가 있어야만 되는데 김장이 sign했다. 모모인이 돈 벌이를 잘하기‰瑛릿?기분이 좋아서든, 佛心이 있어서든, 또는 양쪽 모두의 이유로 김장이 건설하고있는 군법당앞에 세울 石塔을 시주했다. 사건의 발단은 군검찰이 석탑시주와 관련되서 뇌물이 수수된 일이 있느냐는 의심에서 발단되었다.

2. 지금까지 뇌물 수수 물적 증가 조사결과:

(ㄱ) 모모인이 김장한태 아무것도 준적이 없다는 것외엔 아무것도 밝히지 못했다.

(ㄴ) 김장이 월급같은 정당히 받을 것을 받었다는 것 제외하고, 모모인을 포함 어느 누구한테로 부터 현금, 현물, 수표 또는 회원권등을 정당한 이유없이 받은 적이 없다는 것외엔 아무것도 밝히지 못했다.

2. 문명국가에서의 정상적인 결론

수사결과 김장이 뇌물을 받었다는 물적증거가 전혀없으므로 미친놈외엔 김장이 무죄라고 간주하고 여기서 끝나야된다. 적어도 문명국가에선 이 이상 더 왈가왈부 할것이 없다.

3. 미친놈들이 한짓

(ㄱ) 개요

미친놈들이 증거를 조작했는데, 황당하고 맹랑한것은 조작한 증거를 사실이라고 가정하더라도 김장을 유죄로 입증할만큼 하기에는 전혀 충분하지 못하다는 사실이다. 조작한 것은 모모인과 김장이 만났다는 것일뿐 건네준 재물이 무었인지 [e.g., 수표, 보석, 증권, 고액권 (백불짜리 지폐) dollors, 회원권], 액수가 얼마큼인지는 조작을 못했다는 사실이다. 결국 판사가 한 재판결과는 “내가 생각했어 너 뇌물 받었으니 너는 뇌물받음에 틀림없고, 내가 생각했어 너 유죄이니 너는 유죄임이 틀림없다” 에 지나지않는다.

(ㄴ) 고소인 (plaintiff) 측인 군검찰이 조작한 내용: 法堂佛事施主명단에 소소씨란분이 2,000만원 시주한일이 있다. 군검찰측은 &&날에 모모씨가 김장을 여단장 공관에서 만나, 무엇인지 액수가 얼마인지 근거를 가지고 말할수없으나, 짐작컨대 2,000 만원을 뇌물로 주었다. 그돈이 소소씨한테 받은 것으로 명단에 기재되었다고 주장한다. 소소씨는 2,000 만원 주었는 것은 사실이니, 김장이 소소씨한테 받은 것은 어디엔가 감추워 두었다 한것이다.

(ㄷ) 피고소인 (defendant) 김장측 주장: &&날에 불교신문서 신축법당 사진찍어려 왔기때문 법당서 불사시주한분들 및 불교신문서 나온 찰영팀 및 기자들과 같이 사진 찰영, interview 에 보통하는 소위 ‘한마디 하는 말씀’ 등 하느라고 검찰이 주장하는 공관서 모모씨하고 만났다고 하는 시간기간동안 공관에 있을수 없었는 것은 신문기자 찰영반, 참석한 시주한 유지들도 분명이 증거할수있다. 더군다 법당서 찰영등이 끝나고 여단앞 막국수 집에 가서 불사에 관계한 장교들 같이 막국수를 먹을때, 모모인도 법당에 들렸다 사람들이 막국수집에 갔다는 말을 듣고 찾어왔다. 그러한 시간대에 모모씨가 공관에 들린다는것은 불가능하다. 군검찰이 공관출입일지를 조작해서 무고한 범죄행이다.

4. 건축허가과정에서의 위법행위의 여부

건축허가과정은 다음과 같다. 누군가 건축허가를 신청하면 심의위원회에서 건축이 필요한가, 도움이되는 가를 심의 해서 허가내주는 것이 좋다 나쁘다의 의견를 결정하고, 이를 지휘관에게 보고하면 지휘관이 대개의 경우 심의 위원회의 의견에 동의해서 허가의 가부를 결재한다. 심의위원회는 신청인이 제출한 신청서류의 내용을 자세히 읽을수 없으니, 장교하나가 신청인의 신청내용을 심의위원회가 쉽게 파악하도록 문서를 만들어 심의위원회에 올린다. 이 임무를 담당한 장교가 최 모소령 (이하 최소령)이다. 최소령은 모모인이 신축허가를 얻을려고 신청한 건물의 연건평을 신청인의 것보다 1/80로 줄어 (소수점을 잘못 썼는 과실인지, 아니면 김장을 음해할 모략인지는 조사해봐야 암) 심의위원회에 올렸다. 심의 위원회는 최소령이 만든 문서에 위하면 건물이 아주 적어 군작전에 아무지장에 없으므로 허가하는 것이 좋다는 의견을 만들어 지휘관 김장한테 알렸고 김장은 관례에 따라 심의 위원회 에서 좋다고 한 허가를 내주었다. 그러므로 최소령이 애당초 과실을 저질었다. 최소령은 자기의 과실을 은폐하기위해 없는 사실을 만들어내었다 (fabricated). 심의위원회에서는 심의를 두번한일이 없이 단 한번 심의로 허가내주는 것이 좋다고 판정했다고 김장측이 증거까지 제시하며 주장하는데 반해 최소령은 심의를 두번 했어며, 첫번째 심의에서는 허가를 안내주어야 한다고 했는데, 김장이 받어들이지않해 심의를 또 한번, 합처 두번했다고 위증했다. 두번째 심의하기전 김장의 명령 또는 강압을 받었다고 최 소령측은 주장한다 (최소령이 무엇을 어떻게 받었는지 주장하는것을 이 본인은 완전히 파악할 필요가없어 모름).

5. 판결

군사법원장은 김장측이 제시한 증거는 무시하고, 김장이 뇌물을 받었다고 판결했다.

<본인의 의견>

최소령이 신청인이 제출한 건물의 연평수를 1/80 로 줄어서 심의 위원회에 올린것이 사실이고, 군보심의위원회가 철저히 확인 하지않고 허가하는 것이 좋다는것을 추천한 사실을 알어, 김장이 형사처벌 받을 만한 잘못을 저지러지않고, 이미 징계를 받었다는 것을 알고, &&날에 모모인이 김장을 만날수없다는 확실한 증인, 증거도 무시하고, 뇌물을 받었다면 김장이 숨겨놔야할 뇌물에 대한 하등의 증거도없고, 모모씨도 주었다는 증언도 없는데도 불구하고 군사법원장이 유죄를 판결한 것은 판사로서 양심을 속이고 김장을 음해하는 범죄행위를 한 주범일 가능성이 농후하다. 김장측이 제시한 증거는 뚜렷한 것같이 보이므로 최소령과 군사법원장을 일단 구속해서 수사하는 것이 필요하며, 증거를 조작해서 무고한 군검찰은 의법처벌 되어야 한다.

6. 판결 결과가 국민 화합을 파괘시키고 있는 현황

지금 국방부장관이 재수사를 지시한지가 오래되도 아무런 움직임이 없는 것은 오래끌면 불교신자들은 집념이 (tenacity) 없어 먼저 포기해버릴는지도 모른다는 생각에서 하는 짓이다라고 간주한다. 한국의 종교인구는 불교 26%, 개신교 18 %, 천주교 7% 인데도 불구하고, 군의 불교시설은 열악하다는 것은 불교신자 모두가 알고 있는 사실 이며, 불교신자들은 김태복장군재판은 불교를 음해하기위한 모략이라고 간주하고 있다. 본인이 조사해본결과 최근 까지 군에 다녀온 분들이 주장하기를: 믿지도 않는 교회에 끌려가 본 기억이 거의 다 있어며. 교회와 법당이 27:1의 비율로 있어며. 군목사와 군법사와의 비율도 대략 6:1 이라고 하고있다. 그리고 외국파병에도 군법사는 빠지고. 군목만 파병된다고 하고 있읍니다. 위의 사실에 비추워 한민족 불교신자들은 다음 사실에 유의 하고 있다.

< 예수교에 관한 사실>

본인은 특정한 종교를 조롱할 의도는 전혀없어며, 오직 사실을 사실 그대로 진술할뿐이다. 이사실의 진술은 결국 종교간의 싸움이 피할수없다면 어떻게 불교신자가 반응할것인가를 참고 삼어 보여주는 의도도 있다.

(ㄱ) 예수교, 유태교, 회교다 구약 (Old Testament)을 믿는다. 구약에는 신이 좋은 재주를 가지고 있으면 김가 이가 박가 한국종 독일종, 아프리카 검은종 등등을 많이만들지 않고, 유독 남자하나 여자하나 즉 부부한쌍을 만든다음 새끼들을 많이 쳐서, 신 한테 양고기 바치는일을 끊지말라고 명령했다. 이 神은 고기를 좋아해서 예수믿는 이들이 먹다남은 닭다리라도 안 바치면 온갖 저주를 다하고, 고약한 형벌을 예수믿는 분들 한테 부과하는 신이다. 그리고 명령을 불복종하면 혼을 지옥에 처넣어 영원히 지옥불로 태운다고 협박하는 신이다. 그래서 첫부부 한쌍이 사내만 낳았다면 아들은 에미하고 붙어 새끼쳐야되고, 딸만 낳으면 딸은 제애비하고 흘레 해서 새끼만드르야 ‰獰駭? 구약이라고 하는것에 따르면, 첫부부 한쌍은 아들은 12명 딸은 11 명 낳았다. 그래서 아들들은 저의 누이들을 性상대자로 공유 (share) 하든가 하나를 죽여 한 아들에 한 누이가 돌아가도록 해야했다 (그 외엔 무슨 딴 도리가 있겠느냐?). 아들들은 후자를 택해 형제하나를 죽였다고 한다. 예수라는 분의 조상도 딸이 제 애비하고 성관계해서 만든것이라고 한다. 이와같이 예수믿는분들은 지옥을 피하고 천국을 얻기위해서는 지애비 지에미 하고 붙여서라도 새끼를치겠다는 굳은결의가 있는, 짐승의 도 (한문으로 畜生之道)를 숭상하는자칭 聖徒 (성스러운 무리)이다.
예수믿는 사람은 원칙적으로 하느님을 섬기는 길이라면 지애비, 지에미하고도 붙혀 새끼 치겠다는 行淫無擇의 결의가 있는 사람들이다. 이것은 어디 까지나 사실이다. 그래서 이런 사람 들이 재판을 옳게 할리가없다. 그들 선조의 성행위도 심히 건전치 못한것은 그들이 주장하는 구약이라는 문헌에서 여실히 나타난다 (부록 참조).

(ㄴ) 예수믿는 사람들은 그들한테서 死後追贈天王殿下인 목수아들 예수를 믿는데 이들이 믿는 바이블 이란것에 따르면 이 천왕이 신이기 때문 모든 것을 알고, 또 사랑이 그득해서 자기를 주님으로 받어드린 사람의 과거를 잊어 버리기 때문 모든 것을 알지 못한다고 한다. 그래서 예수신자 주님은 알기도 하고 모르기도 하며, 모르기도 하고 알기도하며, 알기도하고 알지못하기도 하며, 모르기도 하고 모르지 않기도 하다고 한다. 이들이 믿는 주님자체가 이모양이니 이 사람들이 어떻게 재판을 할수있느냐? 재판 판결이 유죄 이기도하고 무죄 이기도 하며, 무죄이기도 하고 유죄 이기도 하며, 유죄고 무죄고, 무죄며 유죄며, 무죄일 수도 있고 유죄 일수도 있는……. 이렇게 한참 하다가 ‘유죄다’ 판결할수 있는 이야기다. 이는 예수믿는 분이 재판관이 되면 뭔가 미심적다는 것을 폭로한다.

<현재 불교신자들의 생각>

이재판에 관련된 군검찰, 판사 들은 예수님 믿는 성도라는 말이 전다 이 구더기같은 군검찰, 판사들이 생각하는것은 다음과 같다고본다.

김장이 군법당 신축하다 무죄인데도 유죄 판결을 받어 억울하게 불이익을 얻고 저렇게 고생을 많이한다면 일반 사람들은 부처님이 영험이 없다고 판정한다. 더군다나 불교계에서 김장의 명예를 회복시켜주지 못하면 불교신자들은 전부 디퉁한 합바지들로 여긴다. 대한민국의 청년들은 거의 군에 근무한다. 젊은 청년들이 이를 보면 특히 그렇게 생각하고 불교 믿어봐야 손해만 본다고 생각할것이다. 김장이 억울하면 억울할수록 불교의 위신에 damage (피해)를 더 크게 해준다.

그렇지만 불교신자들은 다음과 같이 생각한다:
지금 불교인구가 한국에서는 제일 많고, 예수교 인구가 줄어들고 있는 반면 불교인구가 증가하고, 불교인들의 개념이 옛날과 틀려, 불교계에서도 坐示할수는 없다. 싸움이 종교간의 큰 갈등문제로 크져 큰 불행한 사태가 야기되더라도 어차피 싸울것은 싸워야된다. 싸움을 야기한 책임은 그저 몇명의 군검찰과 판사한테 있다.

본인과 많은 불교신자들은 문제가 더 크지기 전에 조속하고 원만한 해결을 바라는 이유에서 조속하게 아래의 요망하는 사항들을 처리해주기 바라는바이다.

The First Reason: The concept that the creator god had created only one human couple provides an easy scenario to excuse the question: [If the mankind was created by the almighty and benevolent god, why do the mankind have to live in this miserable world?] The reason why the mankind have been living in this miserable world must be attributed to the mankind’s fault but not to the god’s sadistic intention. If the god created many humans, it is very difficult for the stupid race like Jewish race to make a scenario in which all of the first mankind commit a sin or various sins so that all of them were banished from the paradise. If the god concept claims that some of them committed sins and consequently were kicked out from the paradise and we are the descendants of those who committed the sins, then we will obviously ask to show the paradise where the rest of the original mankind who have not committed any sin still live, that is, if those BeungSins who support the creator-god concept, i.e., do a kind of 6-gap claim that the creator god initially created many humans, then SanTong (算筒) breaks at once. SanTong is a tool with which BeungSin (病身) does 6-gap and is equivalent to a crystal ball with which a gypsy fortune-teller makes her/his living.

첫째 이유: 창조신이 단 한쌍의 부부를 창조했다고
하면 다음 질문에 변명할 쉬운 시나리오를 만든다. [질문 : 인류가 전능하고 자비로운 창조신에 창조‰榮摸?왜 인류는 이 비참한 세상에서 살어야되는가?]

인류가 이 비참한 세상서 살어야 되는 이유는 창조신 의 병적인 변태적인 殘虐性意圖 때문이 아니고 인간들의 잘못에 기인하는것으로 해야한다. 창조신이 애초에 많은 인간을 만들어 냈다면 유태족 같은 멍텅구리 종족이 모든 인간들 전부가 같은 한 죄 또는 여러가지 죄들을 범해 인간들 전부가 낙원에서 ?겨났는 시나리오를 만들기가 힘든다. 창조신개념이 창조된 인간들의 일부만이 죄를 저질어서 낙원에서 ?겨났고, 우리들은 ?겨난 인간들의 후손이라면, 우리는 분명히 죄를 저질으지 않해 ?겨나지 않고 그대로 낙원서 사는 인간들이 사는 낙원이 어디 있느냐고 물을것이다. 이 말은 창조신개념을 주장하는 病身들이 창조신이 애당초 많은 인간들을 창조했다고 주장하면 산통이 바로 깨진다는 것을 의미한다. 산통이란 것은 병신들이 6갑할때 써는 도구인데 집시 점쟁이들이 생계를 만들때 (점칠때) 써는 水晶球와 대등한것이다.

How could this tribe have survived? Jews were never farmers like Korean or Chinese race (strictly farming race). Even they claim themselves that when they were in Egypt, they were not even tenant farmers and they lived on wage earned by doing pyramid construction work.or as general household slaves. Also, the Jew tribe was not a nomadic tribe like Mongol who could make living without any particular difficulty by driving their cattle to various grazing lands in adjustments of season or hunting (Sinai Desert have no sufficient games to be hunted).

It would have been an absolutely miraculous thing if they had survived without pillaging or stealing other races.

파간이즘은 보통 실제 동물과의 성교접, 이와같은 성교접의 시무레이션, 한 동물의 ㅈㅗㅅ이나 ㅂㅗ지 위에 키스를 하거나 어루만저서 동물로 하여금 발정하게하는 행위, 동물사랑자가 동물과 교접할때의 환희를 표현하는 시물레이선 등의 의식을 포함한다. 수간이 고대 유태인들 사이에 만연했든 성행위가 아니라면 왜 유태인들이 그렇게 빨리 파간이즘에 몰두했다고 할수있는가? 모세는 단지 며칠, 반달, 한달동안 부재했을뿐이다.

Bestiality is also justified by the same logic: God bestowed Jews the sexual desire. However, the creator god had created only one couple, which was claimed to be the first Jews, so that the population had not yet increased to the level on which most Jews could find their appropriate sexual partners. So Jews did bestiality to diffuse their sexual fever as a part of the god’s plan.

(3) 위와 틀리는 경우는 아들들은 그들 누의 들을 성상대자로 삼어야 한다. 아들 숫자가 딸숫자보다 많으면, 아들들은 저들 누의를 성상대자로 공유하거나 형제 일부를 죽여 한사람에게 한 누의가 돌아가도록 하는수 밖에 없다. 이와같이 근친상관과 근친교접에 의한 번식은 피조물이 어떻게 피할수없는 창조신의 계획이다.] 창조신이 부부한쌍만을 창조했다는 개념은 이 첫부부의 후손들은 근친상관, 근친교접에 의한번식 하도록 창조신에 의해 계획‰榮募?말이다. 수간도 같은 논리에 의해 정당화된다. 신이 성욕을 유태인에게 부여했다. 그러나 신이 부부한쌍만을 만드러서 인구수가 아직 대부분 유태인들이 적당한 성상대자를 발견할만큼 증가하지못했다. 그래서 유태인은 성열정을 발산시키기위해, 창조신의 계획에 따라 수간을했다.
